Where is my order?

Once you place an order with us you will receive a tracking number and a link to where you can find out the current order status.

 

What is the exchange, returns and refund policy?

We hope that you are pleased with your order. In the event that you would like to exchange or refund it, we are happy to do this in line with the policies drawn out in our Terms & Conditions. Please find out more here.

 

Which payment options do you accept?

We accept the following cards in our online store: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro, Solo, Diners and Discover. We also accept Paypal, AliPay, China Union Pay TBC? Which payment options do we accept on the webstore? 

 

When will the payment be taken?

Payments are taken from your credit or debit card as soon as you have placed your order. Only once the payment is received your product will be shipped.

 

Do you deliver to my country?

We currently deliver to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK and are planning to extend the delivery zones in autumn 2016. What ring size do I need?

Our ring sizes are displayed in UK sizes, but within each of the product pages you can find a conversion tab next to the sizes displayed should you wish to find out the European or US sizes. We recommend you go to your local jeweller to find out the exact size you need before purchasing a ring. If a size is out of stock you can preorder the size you need (size F-S) and it will be processed it like a normal order for a stock item. The delivery time for preorders will be approximately 3-4 weeks, but it may take longer, depending on the product and making process.  If you would like to request a ring sizer free of charge (UK only), please contact us at contact@zimmer.london.
