The ZIMMER (‘ZIMMER’, ’we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ’brand’) website (‘site’, ‘the site’, ‘the Website’) uses the following terms and conditions (’T&Cs’, ‘terms’, ‘terms and conditions’) that you are bound to accept when you access the website, browse the website and place an order with us. This means that when you visit, browse or shop on the website you accept the terms and you agree for us to use your information as specified in the privacy policy. If you disagree with this, please do not use the website. Please ensure you read the full T&Cs before using this website. These T&Cs set out the whole of our agreement relating to the products supplied by us.
We reserve the right to change the terms and privacy policy at any point time, so please review the terms when you visit the website. If you don’t agree with any of the changes, you must immediately stop using our website. It is your responsibility to check regularly to ensure you have read the latest changes and the continued use of the website implies the acceptance of such changes. Any changes and clarifications will take effect as soon as they are posted on the website.

Next Day per delivery address within the UK, all UK orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail
Special Next Day Delivery unless other arranged.
Special Next Day Delivery Orders need to be received by 1pm to enable same day dispatch, except for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and Public bank holidays, when next day delivery is not available. The delivery will arrive on the following day by 1pm.

ORDER TRACKING
Once the order is confirmed and has been posted, you will receive a tracking number and a link to where you can find out the status of your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to return or exchange your online purchase, your return request has to be made within 14 days of receipt of the order. Earrings and engraved or otherwise personalised and commissioned jewellery cannot be returned. All other jewellery can be returned unworn in its original packaging.
If you wish to make a return complying with the above stated, please contact us on contact@zimmer.london (RE: RETURN REQUEST) to request a return authorisation number. Once you have received a return authorisation number, the jewellery has to be returned within 7 days of the receipt of the return authorisation number. If you return jewellery without our provided authorisation number, the package will be returned to sender. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We recommend you keep the proof of delivery.
Upon receipt of the returned jewellery, which has to be unworn and in new condition and in its original packaging, your credit, debit card or PayPal account originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the initial delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your return within 14 days. Your credit card company may take a further 3-7 working days to credit your account.

We may use your email address to send you information about ZIMMER but you are free to unsubscribe from this facility at any time.
Should you violate our Terms and Conditions we may be required by law to disclose your personal information to a third party or to a regulatory or governmental authority.

When you enter your personal information and bank details to purchase a product with us, preorder, arrange for delivery, return or exchange, you consent to us storing and using your information.

REGISTRATION
In order to purchase products on our website, you will have to register with us first. All information you are providing us with must be complete, current, true and accurate. The details you register with us must be your actual name, phone number, email address and other requested information. Your payment details that you represent and guarantee must be valid, accurate and you must be able to identify yourself with the person in the billing information provided. The account password you generate must be unique and should meet xxxx length to make it safer. It is your responsibility to keep your password securely. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
When you place an order on this website, you agree to have read and agreed to our terms & conditions. When you place an order with our online shop, we only consider your order complete, once we have received the full payment amount. Payment must be arranged for using any of our specified payment methods. Upon receipt of the payment, we will send you an order confirmation including an order confirmation number via email. Unless you cancel your order, there is a legally binding contract between you and ZIMMER. Should you not receive an order confirmation within 24h, please contact us on contact@zimmer.london.
OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Should we have insufficient stock to fulfil your order, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In the event of having to cancel your order with us, we will inform you via email or telephone and will subsequently re-credit your account as soon as reasonably practicable of any sum deducted for your purchase made, at a maximum of 14 days. No compensation for disappointment or for cancellation of your order can be claimed.
PRICES
Prices as shown at the time of the order being submitted on our website are valid. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If we discover a pricing error at the point in time of your order we will contact you and ask you if you still wish to proceed with the updated, correct price. Only once the correct payment, with the correct price has been received, will your order will then be confirmed by us with the confirmation email of your order. Delivery costs and freight insurance are not included in the prices we show on the website. In addition, import taxes and duties may apply to your region or country of residence and are not included in our price. We are not responsible for these additional costs or charges and if you are ordering from outside the European Union, please check what additional cost you may incur before you place the order with us to be shipped to your region or country of residence.
PROMOTIONAL AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional and discount codes cannot be transferred and there is no cash alternative for them. Additionally, they cannot be used in combination with any other promotion codes or offers. They must be used before their expiry date and become invalid past the expiry date. Promotion Codes are only valid on full price products and exclude sale items, gift vouchers, and special orders.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
- PRODUCT GUARANTEE & REPAIRS
ZIMMER jewellery is guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing faults. After 12 months, if your ZIMMER jewellery needs to be repaired, please contact us to discuss the repair and charges on contact@zimmer.london (RE: Repairs). Please note, should you get your jewellery repaired, cleaned or resized through a third party (and not via ZIMMER), your guarantee will automatically become invalid.
- JEWELLERY APPEARANCE & CARE
Our jewellery is handmade and therefore every piece is individually made and finished. As a result there may be small variations in each piece in shape & finishing. All of our jewellery is made in solid precious metals the silver pieces are plated with Rhodium to prevent the silver from tarnishing. Where 9K gold and silver pieces are soldered together, jewellery may tarnish in water or heat or direct contact with solvents. To avoid pieces tarnishing, we recommend that you do not wear your jewellery in water, expose it to heat or chemicals, fragrances or other solvents. When you travel we recommend that you transport your jewellery separate from other pieces, wrapped in tissue to prevent it from scratching. Should jewellery get out of shape or scratch, we are not responsible for this.
- PACKAGING
Our packaging envelope is handmade with vegetable-tanned durable calf skin leather on the outside and bonded with PU (Synthetic leather) on the inside. The natural tanning process of the leather is environmental friendly & chromium-free. As a natural material the leather may have irregularities and imperfections and will darken over time. The packaging cannot be replaced or exchanged. The packaging can only be received with the purchase of the jewellery.
LIABILITY
ZIMMER is not liable for any information provided by a third person or party about us or our products.
Should we be unable or fail to deliver your order within any specified time, we will try to contact you in order to re-schedule the delivery time. ZIMMER does not guarantee the delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation and shall have no liability to you for any loss, damage, costs, expenses, disappointment or any other loss that you may incur, or claims that you may have, as a result of a late delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are legally allowed to import or export items purchased with us, that you are complying with all regulations, national or international laws and customs or tariff duties. ZIMMER makes no representation or warranty, and accepts no liability, related to or arising out of your purchase of ZIMMER jewellery.
Except for the conditions outlined in the returns and exchange policies, the entire liability of ZIMMER is limited to the total price of the items of ZIMMER jewellery purchased by you from us.
GENERAL
Your use of this site and any contract between you and us is in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms and conditions are deemed to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions. You agree that if we fail to enforce a right under these terms and conditions (or a right which ZIMMER has the benefit of under any applicable law), that failure will not be taken as a formal waiver of such right and will not prevent us from enforcing other rights, or the same type of right on a later occasion.

You are not permitted to amend and create copied work or otherwise exploit the contents of this website as this is a violation of ZIMMER copyright.
